Our collaboration began with the intention of shaping a clear foundation - one that captures the warmth and essence of Hornið and supports its next chapter of growth.

The Process and My Role
We began with The Blueprint - a two-hour brainstorming session to explore the story behind Hornið, its values, and vision for the future. Together, we identified what makes the studio unique: its deep connection to local culture, its passion for craftsmanship, and its desire to create a space where creativity feels accessible and inspiring.
During the Mini Branding phase, we defined:
Mission, vision & core values
Target audience & positioning
Brand tone of voice & personality
Visual direction & marketing inspiration
All insights, notes, and ideas were organized into a shared Google Drive folder, followed by a feedback meeting to review the full strategy and discuss the next steps for implementation.
As brand strategist and creative consultant, I guided Hornið through the brand vision process - from conceptual exploration and defining the brand’s core identity, to crafting a cohesive and strategic direction that aligns with its mission and values.
